Contact

These are my contact details should you wish to ask me any questions or arrange a first session:

I may be unable to answer calls or respond to emails immediately, but if you send me a message or leave a voicemail I will respond as soon as possible.

Deciding you want counselling is the first step, but I understand that looking for a professional to talk to and then contacting them can be difficult for some. Feeling uncomfortable, or a bit nervous or simply not knowing where to start when describing your problem is common.

For this reason, I offer my clients their initial sessions free of charge and there is no obligation to continue counselling afterwards should you decide not to. They offer you the opportunity to ask questions about the counselling process and many find them helpful to get used to speaking to me about themselves. I would also say that most - if not all - of my clients leave their initial session a lot more relaxed than they felt at the start.

When contacting me you do not need to explain or describe anything you do not want to over the phone or in an email, but even a very brief outline of what you are experiencing can help get things started. You are welcome to contact me on behalf of someone else should you have any inquiries, however for ethical reasons I will only arrange to meet with clients who have contacted me themselves.

Thank you for spending your time visiting my website and I hope you have found it helpful. Whether you are looking for a counsellor for yourself or someone you know, you are welcome to contact me and I will do all I can to help you.
